VPN Connectivity problem..
Hi All,
I have a strange problem with VPN Connectivity to Office Network from home..it just gives login failed. But the same setup works at the office thr' phone line.. Any idea what could be the problem..?
Following are some of the actions taken on above problem :
To Suspect the phone line :
* ISP connection is working fine from both home and office
* Also getting good ping response from VPN Gateway.
To Suspect the modem :
* Tried with different baud rate..
* Tried with different modem..
* Even tried with different laptop..
So WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM...?
Please suggest and help..
Thanks & Regards
Bindumadhava.

Re: VPN Connectivity problem..
From Office i tried like ...
* Connected to ISP Connection thr' one of the direct line.
* After the connection tried connecting to VPN..
( The above steps is almost very similar from home also except phone line difference..)

Re: VPN Connectivity problem..
It's possible that your company is using permissional groups or Secure ID Tokens for VPN access.
If at first you don't succeed, you must be installing Windows
