WINDOWS program

I downloaded itunes onto my computer...and it shows up on my desk top but it wont open..ithink its because i dont have anough memory, because in selective startup it works..I would like to know what programs(and how) I could disable or get rid of in the msconfig startup tab so that i have enough space

Perhaps you should consider adding additional memory.
If you post your system model, we can try to steer you to a good deal on memory.
