Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise activation - License is not genuine - What to do?

Hi.,

I have just joined a company with a DL385p and windows 2008 R2 Enterprise.. Its Windows server license was not activated and it is currently showing "this product is not genuine"... What should I do to fix it? How I can get this license activated.  I understand this prodduct was purchased through HP directly.

Your help is greatly appreciated..
