Windows 2008 x64 Terminal Server with HP CP2025n printer, MSIEXEC uses 100% cpu

Hey All,

I have a customer where their Citrix enviroment is starting to become very slow.

The culpit is tracked to msiexec.exe that uses 100% cpu, i can see using process monitor that it creates/reads/queries HKLM\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\terminal server\install\refhive\hewlett-packed\*

and

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Hewlett-Packard\* so much that it goes into 100% and the whole system becomes slow.

I've search around the internet and a lot of people seem to have this issue, but there no fixes that works.
