Word 2003 does not list Tray 3 from HP Printer
Basically we use the HP5500dtn and although Tray 3 is installed and working as far the printer is concerned, Microsoft Word 2003 does not list this as an option in Page Setup.
It means that when users need to print to Tray 3, the HP5500dtn instead asks for paper in the Manual Feed tray. They have to do this for every print.
Is this a Microsoft problem or a HP problem and does anyone know what the fix is?

Re: Word 2003 does not list Tray 3 from HP Printer
What Windows version are you using?
Is it only Word that can't print to tray 3, what about IE?
