deskjet 855 printer

The paper does not feed properly. The spring that is suppose to lift a black
rubber tab does do seem to work properly. Is there a downloadable pamphlet that
shows how the paper flows. Can I buy replacement parts.

Hi Ed,

I'm sure the printer folks have the info you're looking for, including the info
on ordering replacement parts. You can contact the printer support group
directly at 208-323-2551.

You can check to see if they have a forum for this printer and try posting a
question there. You can access the Printer forums by clicking the link "HP
User Community Site" on the right side of the Microsoft forum under the section
"Other HP Forums" - then follow the prompts for your printer model.
