Re: error message
there is most likley a specific application that is causing this problem. I would pay close attention to what is open or the error message you are getting it may tell you. Also you may get it when you use a certain app. I usually get it running Netscape unfortunately, I upgraded to latest version and it stopped.
Once you figure out which app it is you can download a new version of the app or uninstall it completely. It may help to reinstall the app also.

Re: error message
When you revice a error message like that I suggest you either log a call with HP, so we can drill down in the application to find out what the problem is. You can use the IIS eception monitor to do this:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/server/iis/ixcptmon.asp
Remeber to install the symbols for the program and the OS. You can then send the log file off to Tech support should be able to debug this issue, but you need access to the souce code to be able to do this :-)
