Can we have graphical editors (like gwin) in HP Unix or atleast vim editors

You can go to the HP-UX porting center and search for "vim" or "editor" and find a whole selection to choose from. I have used vim and like it.

I agree, the porting site is the way to go. I would also recommend vim. Hope this helps!
