internet explorer 5.5 let the print box die

hi,

we have a print server where all printers are connected with LPR ports. We have the problem, that when someone prints a web site (programmed in PHP) with the internet explorer 5.5 the print box die and need a master reset. However there are no problems with a normal HTML site or with the internet explorer 6.0 and netscape 4.x 6.x. Any idea?

If you haven't already done so, I would begin by going to the Windows Update website and applying all the IE55 fixes/SPs.
