I keep getting this message (see attachment) does that mean I should get more ddr1 ram?

How much memory do you have. I think Vista recommends 1GB minimum. The other thing you can do is adjust your virtual memory but if windows does it for you then I would leave it like that and just get more memory.

If you have a second hard drive that is really big you might want to move your swap file (page file) over to that drive and make it bigger.
Conformity Destroys a mans initiative and independence. It supresses his powerful inner drive to do his own thing.

Thanks Glenn, I have added 1 gig to the 512 m/b and it is OK now
