screen saver (background)

every time i change my screen saver it does not save it, when i shut down. any suggestion?

PS

when i turn my system on it goes back to black screen.

It may be set as a local policy.

Open a CMD windows, and type in: gpedit.msc

This will allow you to check your local security policies.

Or.. same CMD window, and enter rsop.msc
to check for domain level policies.

What version of Windows are you using?

To execute a command window, you use START > run, then enter "cmd" in the box. That will open another window where you can follow Jon's suggestion.
