upgrading memory
Does anyone know if I can upgrade my ram from a PC2700 256MB, to a 1GB PC3200? I did this and the old machine is flying, sometimes "screaming" by the sounds coming out of the case! But since I did this, it is re-booting a couple of times a day. Any help would be extremely appreciated! Thanks

Re: upgrading memory
To upgrade memories you have to use memory modules that are compatible with the board FSB, regularly pc2700 modules runs at 333 mhz, but PC3200 runs at 400 mhz.
