83A debug accvio after installing update v0600

After installing the most recent patch bundle and associated updates - update v6 sys v7 rms v6 pcsi v1 I found that any attempt to run an image /debug result in an ACCVIO error.

Undoing the above patches resolved the problem.

I haven't had time to work out which of the above caused the problem, but did find that the problem happened regardless of whether the image was linked with debug.

Wondered if anyone else had encountered this issue?

Known.

Twas reported here recently; see this thread:

http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1216772

The fix is headed out with the UPDATE V8.0 kit.

There are some small details referenced in the release notes for the V8.0 ECO.

I realised after posting that the issue had been reported previously but the forum was running so slowly that I was not able to close this thread until now. If my systems ran this slowly I would not have a job.

Can someone check:

and see if I get "credit" for finding this first? I logged a call w/HP at:
