I am struggling to find the first one. It is true that when you see a lot of hits, often you do not go beyond the first page.

If HP could add a switch "operating system", so that we can select openvms, and even more, with subcategories (network, pprogramming...)

How did you find these? Do you know of any more relevant docs like these "How to's"?

I go to http://askq.compaq.com/

i click high performance systems and symptom/solution articles, and I try various keyywords, usually in the 30 first results. But I get a lot of garbage too :-(

May be somebody from HP has a clever idea on how to find easily, quickly, efficiently this type of doc ? Or how to "fix" that, as it seems a good number of customers are not completely satisfied ?

Actually, it's funny, HP gave me the "paste" of the doc's I wanted the url's for. They pulled them from their internal servers, and had no idea where they were posted for customer use.

Since going to the site you mentioned, I have found over 20,000 "[OPENVMS] How to " docs. This will be a real help to those on my team who manage servers without service contracts.
