I've reinstalled it again, just in case.
I'm going to check.

linker identification: "A11-50"
Just for the date...it's supposed to be the good one.
CARLOS ALPHA >install lis sys$share:dec$basrtl.exe
DISK$ALPHASYS:.EXE
DEC$BASRTL;3 Open Hdr SharAddr Lnkbl
CARLOS ALPHA >sho log dec$basrtl
%SHOW-S-NOTRAN, no translation for logical name DEC$BASRTL
What I don't see is a tranalation, not sure if it's a must.
