Basic 1.6 and Xfloats

I've reinstalled it again, just in case.

Just for the date...it's supposed to be the good one.

What I don't see is a tranalation, not sure if it's a must.

this looks good.

A DECBAS$RTL logical could have pointed to another version of the library.

Let's hope someone can reproduce this error and log a call with HP.
