Re: Beautiful Mind in VMSland

Dear friends,

thank you all for your kind words. I will try to live up to all that this pointy hat represents.

Antonio:
I must admit I had to deal with Tru64 for some time - that's where 24 points come from.

Kalle:
*Of course* we'll meet in Bad Homburg - the TUD and the DECUS symposium are the two events in the year I try not to miss.

cu,
Martin

Re: Beautiful Mind in VMSland

Martin,

All the best to you!

Though I have long experience with the cli routines, message files, help files, etc., I enjoyed looking over your page that discusses writing VMS commands and comparing the way we do things.

Plus I never gave much thought to MSGHLP files, making PCI kits, and some of your other points--perhaps because I was around a good while before some of these mechanisms were. (MORE probably because I've always been the primary user of most code that I write. :-) So you've inspired me to take these on for some of my code.
