If you ever want to find anything about databases (Rdb especially) and/or remotely accessing them, aks Richard.
But DO expect some fierce language!
.. and especially do expect that if you are Oracle or HP engineering, or managing those.
Richard, you caused me many a grin, and more often than you or I like a "but the guy DOES have a valid point there" reaction.
Have you got used to Fosters yet, or do you still prefer German beers?
Anyway, Congrats! and
Zum Wohl/Cheers.
Have one on me/ich spende.

Re: Blue Thunder from Down Under: Richerd Maher
I did not notice yet!
I fear that now _I_ have made myself eligible for some ranting.
And I do agree, he seems the guy I would like to share a Weizen (or more) with some night !
Sincere apologies to RichArd !
Proost.
Have one on me.

It's hard to earn points here,
I hope the next hat comes faster.
Maybe a personal quote for the next congrats thread? ;-)
Best wishes and
keep on foruming

SolutionLet me take the opportunity to also thank those really knowledgeable contibutors here with much flasher head-gear. It is there continued generosity in posting year after year that makes this ITRC forum such a valuable resource.
Long live VMS!
Cheers Richard Maher
PS. I've been called Dick since high school. (Probably not always because it's short for Richard :-)
