Bootcamp

I'll be arriving Sunday and I hope to meet anyone I've had the pleasure of chatting with here.

I'm English but I'm the "Spain = 1" line in Susan's eMails.

Saludos

Re: Bootcamp

Hi Steven, sounds good! I'll say hi.

It occured to me that some bootcamp participants would perhaps like to share a picture and virtual business card with other participants, such that we know who to look for (or avoid :^).
Strictly volontueered of course.
I have just send Sue an Email suggesting a Forum of sorts, or even just a writeable directory on the Bootcamp Lan for that purpose.

If you feel that is a good/bad idea, then feel free to send me an Email and I'll collect 'votes' to forward them on.

Some pictures from 2005 can be foudn through:

Some folks from the ITRC forums in 2005:

Hope this helps some,

Re: Bootcamp

In attendance Sunday through Friday, and potentially also part of Saturday afternoon or evening -- depending on a couple of factors.

There is some bootcamp-related logistics information posted at:

http://64.223.189.234/node/281

The low-tech solution for proper culprit identification -- the rogue's gallery -- can be a bulletin board and a digital camera and printer, or a Polaroid-style camera. :-)

The high-tech version can be a web content management system (CMS) with digital image capabilities, and there are a number of good CMS systems available.

Re: Bootcamp

This _IS_ live from the Sheraton.

I hope to see many known faces and meet more "familiar names" face-to-face.

Hein: Stophoest, Topdrop, Pottertjes & Wybertjes. Ongeveer naar wens?

For those that locate me if and when at the bar, now not virtual, but out of a real glass:

Re: Bootcamp

Steven,

I'll be arriving Saturday evening. Maybe we can take a picture of all the folks present in ITRC, like we did the previous years.

See you all,

Volker.

Re: Bootcamp

A good offering of names and I'm looking forward to meeting you all.

So would you all like some "points" or will "Pints" do instead?

Re: Bootcamp

The Adams Summer Ale in the Granite Bar is generally drinkable :-)

Re: Bootcamp

Re Ian:

Unlike at the Bistro that Sue guided us to. The music was great, but the bootcampers managed to cleanout the total stock of Sam Adams even before the food was served.
Don't worry, the Sheraton already HAS experience with the crowd, and they have taken precautions.
