You can find VMS version of FreeTDS 0.82
and UnixODBC 2.2.14 from http://www.vmspython.org/
The first LD image contains many prebuild libraries for VMS.
These libraries are used by Python for OpenVMS, but are not specific to Python.
Just download the first LD image and copy the needed libraries. The second LD image contains Python, so you don't need it except if you to try Python on OpenVMS.
