Cluster Interconnects

Hi All,

We have a Alpha machine and 2 HSJ50 connected together with cluster interconnects.

How to check that in which way they are connected like whether using CI connection or FDDI connection on Memory channel inter connect and so on.

Re: Cluster Interconnects

You can also use the SCACP utility if you are running VMS 7.3 or later.
$ MCR SCACP
SHOW PORT
SHOW CIRCUIT
SHOW CHANNEL
SHOW VC
SHOW LAN_DEVICE
I have one, but it's personal.

Re: Cluster Interconnects

But note that your version is vague.
I have an FDDI cluster (private fiber). It shows LAN for rp_type.

I use ana/sys show lan.
Then check the output for lines with client "SCA". This indicates that the cluster protocol is on that interface.
