yes, I might remember that one (CFS.97350, December 2002 ?). But it wasn't me, who solved it, although it might have been someone from your country...
I've seen most OpenVMS crash footprints from around the world during the last 10 years, because I have been writing all the CCAT (previoulsy called CANASTA) rules for the automated crashdump analysis tool. And so I had to also look into some of those crashes, to understand and document the footprints.
