DP 5.5 VMS 7.32 Pre-Exec

I am trying to run a Pre-Exec process in a DP/VMS backup. I am getting with the process. I see there is a previous post that describes what I am seeing but the problem was not answered. I will try the question from a different angle.
I have the file I need to run in Omni$root:[bin]. It is test.com, it is in the pre-exec field. What is the syntax for calling the .com file?

Sorry - it's the full stop on the end of the 251. Remove it and you'll see the group for 'Data Protection Manager'.
