Re: DTSS Issue
sh log *timez*
sh log *dts*
Found this in eco 3.
This release has a fix to display the value of the
"Next TDF change" field as "
is no Daylight Saving Time (DST) for the configured
subregion and to display the time for the next TDF
change when DST is present.
Is your DST setting correct ?

Re: DTSS Issue
you're still at DECnet-Plus V7.3-2 ECO 2. The fix described by Wim is from ECO 3, which you have not yet installed.

Re: DTSS Issue
you may try to restart DTSS:
$ MC NCL DISABLE DTSS
$ MC NCL DELETE DTSS
$ @SYS$STARTUP:DTSS$STARTUP

I tried to stop and start DTSS but it doesn't help. I am also not able to locate global server, as I could see required servers is set as 3 in DTSS will be the cause of the issue?

Re: DTSS Issue
GLOBAL SERVER is something else.
Your local servers on your LAN should show up with
NCL> show dtss decnet local server * address

Re: DTSS Issue
so you have ONE DTSS server on your local LAN, this is enough as Server Required is 1.
