the OpenVMS operating system itself does not include a WEB server.

You can download and install various WEB server software packages for OpenVMS.

If you have VMS freeware CD, you can find Mozilla web browser and the Secure Web Browser (SWB) package in it.

Or as Volker said, you can download it from the web.

The OpenVMS Mozilla port includes the web browser, the mail client, the Composer HTML editor, an IRC chat client, a netnews (NNTP) reader, and various other tools.

Once you download the browser CSWB, the installation and configuration is very easy, with only couple steps,

-> just download or use freeware CD,
-> unzip it,
-> $ prod install cswb
and
$ SET DEFAULT SYS$COMMON:[CSWB]
$ @INSTALL

then invoke the browser by @SYS$COMMON:[CSWB]MOZILLA

Balamurali - in addition to the link given already there is a useful book called
"OpenVMS with Apache, OSU and WASD" available from various places including Amazon.com

OSU and WASD are web servers specific to the VMS operating system.

Compaq Secure Web Server based on Apache, OSU, and WASD server details here....(including Ian's Freeware link)
