Iconv utf8-20 to iso8859-1 conversion tables

Hi, I'm very new to OpenVMS so to start off I guess I should explain.

I need to convert some XML files from utf8-20 to iso8859-1 like the topic says.
Problem I'm having is that there is no .iconv conversion table file for this specific task. What I've found is that this is supposed to be on the Layered Product CD for OpenVMS alpha. But I can't find the saveset that was suggested.

Is there any other way to get either the .isrc files (so i can manually compile them) or the full .iconv file (named something like utf8-20_iso8859-1.iconv)?

I know nothing but is utf8-20 version 2.0 of utf8 ? Is it possible that utf8 on VMS is always version 2 (at least since 7.2)?

I have the file UTF-8-ISO8859-1.ICONV on my 7.3 system.

Don't really know. As I said I'm very new to all this.
But I don't think it matters if I run version 1 or 2. Probably will work anyway since I just need it to convert some special characters (like swedish åäö).

I run OpenVMS v7.3-2 on Alpha by the way. Forgot to mention it earlier :)

I think you just need to install this
http://ftp.support.compaq.com.au/search.phtml?what=ALPVMSI18N01_073
Then the file will be installed (and 250 others).

Here is a VMS zip file with only 1 file (btw : with _ between the 2 formats).
