Landscape queue is built on and Openvms 7.3 with multinet 4.4. The data for the queue well but the job header page double space. Here is the module and form.
PE&l1H\f&l5C&l0S&l5H&l2a1O(s0p16.67h0T\
Form name Number Description
--------- ------ -----------
HPLS (stock=LAND_SIM3) 400 HP8150 Landscape Simplex
/LENGTH=66 /MARGIN=(LEFT=2) /SETUP=(H-LAND_SIM3) /STOCK=LAND_SIM3 /TRUNCATE

Mark,
Try /NOTRUNCATE /NOWRAP on your form. You might be getting a line wrap.

Re: Job header page double spaces on landscape queue
Oh, and unless one of the other esc-sequences I don't recognize does this, you should set the Line Spacing to 8 LPI ( &l8D ) or /LENGTH=66 might be a problem.

Solution
Try setting the /width to 255 and /nowrap
This is the module used on a laserjet 4 for many years, but I can't recall the details of what each parameter means
The form involved also had /length=70 and /margin=bottom=0 fwiw
