Just an update from the support case, wonder if this means a bit of head scratching is going on?

More may be needed, especially if they're
investigating CMS, when the complaint was
about MMS.

Strange indeed that they're talking about CMS.
Over here, very silient regarding the case I logged. I'll keep the community informed if anything happens.

way back in Dec 2007 a co-worker had some MMS problems with case sensitivity and Case 3218912656 was logged ... the last thing I recall getting was:

You did not specify what "new" kit, but if you are referring to MMS V3.9 (from the DECSET 12.8 ECO 2 kit), it just does not work (yet).
