Netbackup read errors.

%NBU-E-NOCLIENTRESP, client fusion (156.73.95.219) is not responding
%NBU-E-READSESSERR, read session error
I have restarted the service and the app but it never changes the state of the client. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. IF more infor is needed please let me know.

From the message, my first suspect would be the connection to the remote server at the listed IP address.
Have you checked the connectivity over the network?
It is difficult to troubleshoot with so little information.

It might be a sound idea to check the documentation. There may have been an internal firewall or other restriction affecting the particular port used.
