Not able to print after TCPIP upgradation

I have Open VMS Alpha version V7.2-1.Recently I have upgraded the UCX(TCPIP) versions of it form V5.0A to 5.0A ECO-3.I am having One alpha VMS machine and one printer connected in LAN.
To give print out from Alpha machine I need to start Print$LA1 (for laser printer) [in decterm i need to type >>start Print$LA1 to start Print$LA1 proces] manually be the mentioned command.But before upgradation after restarting the machine this process gets autometically started.I did not require it to start by typing commands.Can any one suggest something how to make the process Print$La1 to start autometically while restrting the system?

The simplest solution (if you are not concerned about WHY it is no longer starting automatically) is to add the command

$ Start/Queue Print$LA1

to sys$manager:systartup_vms.com.
