Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /node/668 on this server.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Access to that web page is open AFAIK; there are a few ways to generate forbidden errors if you're doing something, um, creative with your web client, but I've not seen any generic access problems.
There are no 404 errors for that web page in the current logs. If you can reproduce the error, I'm definitely interested -- send me mail offline, and I'll check the contemporary logs.
