I noticed that when I requested the F11X-V0500 patch ...it insisted on the 7.3-2 Update V6 and 7.3-1 PCSI V200 as a pre-req.
Can understand the 7.3-2 V6 Update ...but 7.3-1 PCSI ??? err ..ignored it of course and will install the 7.3-2 PCSI V0300 patch.
Anyone had this ...or does is it just me ?

Re: OpenVMS 7.3-2 Patch ITRC Web page
VMS731_PCSI-V0200, VMS732_PCSI-V0300, VMS732_UPDATE-V0600
In that case, just deselect VMS732_PCSI-V0200, as that's been superseeded by -V0300
and click o.k., if ITRC complains about the non-selected dependency on VMS732_PCSI-V0200.

Re: OpenVMS 7.3-2 Patch ITRC Web page
You have to install this eco in addition otherwise you have introduced the bug of VMS732_TDF-V0200.
Cheers,
EW

Re: OpenVMS 7.3-2 Patch ITRC Web page
VMS732_TDF-V0300 should contain TDF$SET_TIMEZONE.EXE linked 28-NOV-2005 15:05:29.99
According to the VMS732_UPDATE-V0600 release notes, this patch (VMS732_TDF-V0300) and that version of the file are included in VMS732_UPDATE-V0600.
The ALPHA_V732_MASTER_ECO_LIST list seems to also support this.
Are you saying, that this version of TDF$SET_TIMEZONE.EXE is NOT supplied with VMS732_UPDATE-V0600 ? If so, this would be a problem...

Re: OpenVMS 7.3-2 Patch ITRC Web page
I have unpacked the Update V6 kit and can confirm that it contains the image you quoted:
image name: "TDF$SET_TIMEZONE"
image file identification: "TDF V1.0-0"
image file build identification: "PCSI-0060110003"
link date/time: 28-NOV-2005 15:05:29.94
linker identification: "A11-50"
This is identical to the image in the TDF V3 kit on a system with the latter patch, but not yet updated with VMS732_UPDATE V6
