OpenVMS CIFS V1.2 Eco1 PS2_14 I/O dev err during transfer of 11.000 files < 128kb

Hello, during this kind of transfer the "unkowm I/O dev err" is signalled by any client I have tested with (w7prov x64, virtual W7 x86, virtual debian 7, MacOS El Capitan) . The reason is, the byte count quota is heavly used. After the transfer of 102 files, the bytlm is reached and the SMBD process is forced to exit by SYS$DELPRC. Set the follwing quotas for the SAMBA$SMBD account to overcome the behavior: FILLM=2300, BYTLM=1.640.000 These settings for these parameters are a MUST! The working set is also used heavly. On my server the working set was growing to 530620 pagelets. The account quotas are used totally differently when 11.000 files > 4GB are transfered. In this case the FILLM is <100 and the bytlm<512.000. The working set size in this case is around 120.000 pagelets.
