Re: OpenVMS Net$debug.exe Documentation
Have you tried what it says in the DECnet Plus Problem Solving Manual
http://h71000.www7.hp.com/doc/82final/decnetplus/prb_slv.pdf
It does not cover specifically net$debug.exe but covers a methodology

Re: OpenVMS Net$debug.exe Documentation
What versions of VMS and DECnet?
I recall a problem a while back where this would
happen and was unable to find an answer -- until
either a DECnet patch or VMS upgrade seemed to
fix it.

Re: OpenVMS Net$debug.exe Documentation
Jim,
the NET$SDA SDA extension may help here:
$ ANAL/SYS
SDA> NET
DECnet-Plus For OpenVMS System Dump Analyzer Extension
Use SHOW SUMMARY command to get a system overview
NET$SDA> HELP SHOW
...
You can also force a crash of the system in this state and later use these commands against the system dump file.
Volker.
