OpenVMS Patch Changes

Hi, I want to clarify a statement in an earlier note that all futuer patch kiits would ship with patch manifests. Actually, only V8.3 kits will ship with patch manifests. Here is a Customer Advisory that has been released concerning changes to the format for patches we ship.
