PWDMIX and IMAP/POP

Just for fun I enabled PWDMIX for myself, then changed my password to contain mixed case. And alas now I see access to email via POP / IMAP will not work.

This is DS20, i.e. Alpha running OpenVMS V8.4 with all latest patches, TCPIP V5.7 ECO, TCPIP_CVE_PAT etc, so pretty much latest stuff.

Side note, to disable clear-text access to POP one has set

DSA100:[TCPIP$POP]TCPIP$POP.CONF;8

!!!Disable-SSL: TRUE
Disable-Cleartext: TRUE

wheras to do same on IMAP

DSA100:[TCPIP$IMAP]TCPIP$IMAP.CONF;4

Disable-Clear-Text: TRUE

Does not look very consistent to me...
