Q: how to install HP Basic on OpenVMS 8.3, i64?

We have a new Integrity rx3600. I've downloaded the documentation for HP Basic, but I can't find the KITs on either the FOE or layered products DVDs.

What am I missing?

I do not have the DVD mounted (and am working remotely).

Do a check on the layered products DVD for a directory with a name that starts with BAS (DIRECTORY xxxx:[000000...]*BAS*.DIR).

HP Basic V1.6 for OpenVMS I64 seems to be on the MAR-2005 (and later) OpenVMS Itanium Layered Product CDs #1

Per Robert's suggestion, I was able to browse the layered product CD for the proper KIT directory. From there, the installation guide instructions worked properly. Thanks!
