The system is vax open VMS6.2 running under cluster enviornment. The data file having situation information stored automatically in a directory "data_record_files" with specified blocks in auxuliary disk. While change over master to alternate node some files observed missing.
On analyze auxuliary disk it observed that the missing files showing:
" %ANALDISK-W-LOSTHEADER, file (61,53844,1)Datafilename.Extn;1 not found in a directory "
kindly advice to recover the lost header files.

Solution
Hi,
The situation might call for further investigation...
But if the corruption of the disk isn't too bad, an ANALYZE/DISK/REPAIR will place "lost files" in the [SYSLOST] directory on that disk.
