Hi Oleg
It's really a strange behaviour. It happens on OpenVMS V8.3 if /with=size>9
It does not happen on OpenVMS 8.2 (IA64) and it does not happen on OpenVMS 7.3-2
I guess that it must be a bug
I would contact the local HP represantive and open a Call
