Thanks for all your help. I reported the problem to HP and results are the same.
On 7.3-2 the identifier cannot be revoked, om 8.2 it can while the uaf records are common.
I am waiting for a solution and i will post it here.

HP send me an image to replace the authorize.exe file.
This image is curently not downloadable, so if you need this solution you have to log a call by HP.
