Hello Cass,
not to say that I like the query interface to ask Compaq too much ;-), but
+DKDRIVER +2F20 +bugcheck
as a query, brings the resultset down to 14, which is quite manageable.
Notes: The + signs indicate that all the various parts must be in the document. $ and + are special characters as it seems, so best avoid them in the search.
I do agree that the results on 2f20 seem to be rather random. I really would like them to use the Altavista technology for this service...

Even if I try and put the 02f20 in "" the search program ignored it. My point is that this search capability is no where near the prime time yet we are being asked to rely on it to support our sites.
If I have a system down and I want to check if this is a known issue and to see if there is a patch, the last thing any of us would want to do is to have to fight with the search program to get usefull results.
