SHOW USERS/FULL output shows IP adrress, not hostname

On a cluster one node is showing the IP address, another the hostname. The Wizard came up with this -
"This is apparently a recently-identified and known problem in TCP/IP
Services V5.0 and V5.0A. Please contact the Compaq Customer Support
Center directly for assistance and for the availability of an ECO."

Can anyone tell me where I'd find this ECO ?, the Compaq Customer Support Center seems to be this itrc site.

Thanks in advance.

The Compaq Customer Support Center would be the phone number you call if you have a support contract. TCPIP V5.0 is not currently supported. See this page
ftp://ftp.itrc.hp.com/openvms_patches/archived_patches/axp7x.html
for the V5.0 patch kit

Re: SHOW USERS/FULL output shows IP adrress, not hostname

Thanks Ian, the site you mentioned was giving 'page not available' messages, but a search found this site -http://ftp.support.compaq.com.au/search.phtml?what=AXPVMS-TCPIP

Which is working fine.

Re: SHOW USERS/FULL output shows IP adrress, not hostname

The cluster has already had the ECO applied - DIGITAL TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Alpha Version V5.0A - ECO 3
on a Compaq AlphaServer ES40 running OpenVMS V7.2-1

But one node will show the nodename of the remote system, the other shows the IP address in the form IP$12.34.45.67

Re: SHOW USERS/FULL output shows IP adrress, not hostname

The Solution was given in another thread, use the command NCL> SHOW SESS CONT ALL the output was different for the 2 systems. Thanks to those who helped.
