I need the SRM command to access the IPC on a DEC3000 to regain quorum.
It was in older OpenVMS FAQs, but I can't find nowhere.
On the >>> SRM promt type
deposit ?? ??
Then in IPC> Q ?
I have access to the console via Internet.
