Samba pdbedit invocation?
Anyone else having problems invoking pdbedit.exe? I get
%DCL-W-MAXPARM, too many parameters - reenter command with fewer parameters
when I invoke it this way:
run pdbedit -a joe
or
run pdbedit -V
I'm using Samba E3.0.10 on OpenVMS 8.2 and had a smooth install and configuration.

Re: Samba pdbedit invocation?
Just try with ( without using "run" )
$ pdbedit -a joe
$ pdbedit -a joe

Re: Samba pdbedit invocation?
I failed to run @samba_root:[bin]samba_commands first so that I can simply run 'pdbedit -a '. Once I did that I could add the user. Thanks fellas!
