System Health Check SHC from system tools disc

I want to install SHC on an Alpha with VMS7.3-2. Version 2.2-222 from the system tools disc April 2004 gives an expired error message when run. The link to www.support.compaq.com/svctools/shc/ is also no longer valid. Does anyone know of a later version or whether SHC is still supported?

Yes i think they have moved off some of these tools... for the latest offering pls see the url below
