TCPIP$TELNETSYM and TCIPIP$TELNETSYM

I've noticed my system displays both
TCPIP$TELNETSYM and
TCIPIP$TELNETSYM entries, but I can't find an explanation for "TCIPIP"

Re: TCPIP$TELNETSYM and TCIPIP$TELNETSYM

The command used was $show logi *$telnetsym*
TCIPIP$TELNETSYM_IDLE_TIMEOUT" = "0 00:00:15.00"
"TCIPIP$TELNETSYM_RAW_TCP" = "1"
"TCIPIP$TELNETSYM_RETRY_INTERVAL" = "0 00:00:59.00"
"TCIPIP$TELNETSYM_SUPPRESS_FORMFEEDS" = "33"

Re: TCPIP$TELNETSYM and TCIPIP$TELNETSYM

I looks like someone just goofed on the logical names when they were set. Check your sylogicals.com and systartup_vms.com procedures in sys$manager for the incorrect defines.

Thank you all for your tremendous support

I've editted out the TCIPIP bits with the proper TCPIP$... notations.

The support was tremendous. Thank you to all.

My confusion lay in that we had mulitple systems with TCIPIP notations. Someone had apparently made the same typo throughout
