Re: Terry Shannon

Jan,
I agree.

I don't know Terry but I'm impressive by post about him. He was too young to die.

Re: Terry Shannon

A great loss for VMS. He was a loyal fan.
Best of all, he explained complex concepts in easy to understand terms, a rare but critical talent.

The are many VMS experts, but few who can explain the concepts easily.

He will live on with his books and sayings,
and for those few with Charles Matco cups.

Re: Terry Shannon

It's sad to hear that another great VMS hero has left us.
I've met Terry on several DECUS events, and was always impressed by his enthusiasm.
We'll all going to miss him, I'm sure.
May he rest in peace.

I think he kept the credibility of VMS alive. Let's all carry the torch!

Re: Terry Shannon

Earlier today I met with Didier Morandi, and he told me that in his archives he found:

Would I be interested, and would it be OK to re-publish on the net?

Well, I never saw them before, but
look at a yourger version of myself, discussing whatever with TS, enjoying what Paul Bocuse was serving, in his wonderful *** chateau/restaurant, at the 2002 Lyon Decus.
