I know that they must exist but I can't seem to find the USB drivers for HP OpenVMS 7.3-1 running on an HP AlphaServer DS10L which comes standard with 2 USB ports? Can any one point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Solution
You're at the right site. Try http://www1.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/patchDetail.do?BC=patch.breadcrumb.main|patch.breadcrumb.pdb|patch.breadcrumb.search|&patchid=VMS731_USB-V0100&context=openvms:alpha:7.3-1 or "maintenance and support for Compaq products" "OpenVMS" Search for Alpha/7.3-1.
Either VMS731_UPDATE-V0600 or VMS731_USB-V0100 will provide drivers for the Phillips USB controller.
Either VMS731_UPDATE-V0600 or VMS731_USB-V0100 will provide drivers for the Phillips USB controller.
If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over? Reach me at first_name + "." + last_name at sysmanager net

Re: USB drivers
Take care with the USB drivers, they are probably the same as the 'USB early adopters kit' I had some fun with a few years ago.
There is a situation in which the driver jumps half a page down the kernel stack. If you have the default SYSGEM parameter KSTACKPAGES (1) and you are already more than half a page down the stack, you get a KRNLSTAKNV bugcheck...
IF this occurs the ONLY solution is to increase KSTACKPAGES.
