Other than the tools I pointed to?
Or was that a request for XMODEM / YMODEM / ZMODEM support within OpenVMS itself; for an integrated version of this protocol? If so, no. That support has not been integrated into OpenVMS.
HP services tools and procedural support and compatibility with operating systems other than Microsoft Windows can vary. And I have to suspect that nobody here thought this firmware would ever need to be upgraded. Ah, well.

It turns out I was able to use FTP to upgrade the switches. The hard part was that I had to get the .bin files from HP.
They are available on the HP web site if you first download the windows version on to a PC and then extract the files. There is the .bin file there.
I wish HP would have the .bin files for download for OpenVMS with out all the garbage of windows.
