VMS / AD Authentication
Hi,
I am trying to get VMS to authenticate via AD. I have successfully got the authentication / mapping part working ok.
The problem that I have is with changing passwords.
If I use $set password I get the following error in the ACME log;
-ACME_-I-TRACE, MESSAGE FROM THE MESSAGE FILE: Error returned from LDAP while setting password:x35, DSA is unwilling to perform
I have done the usual Google search but can't seem to find anything that helps. I have tried resetting the password using the same policy characteristics as the AD server, but still no joy. It's like VMS cannot sync back to AD correctly or something?
I wondered if anyone has had any experience with this?
Thanks,
Mark
