WSIT XML validate IDL problem

I had install WSIT on IA OpenVms8.2-1, and try to use the "validate" command to coboladd.xml generated by OBJ2IDL command from WSI$ROOT:[samples.cobol]coboladd.cbl as explained on WSIT-develop.PDF

The "validate" command return me the following message:
"Execution Error: String index out of range: 21"

I don't know why

Don't warry...

I resolve the problem myself, it was none WSIT, JAVA, or XML problem, but only a OpenVms DCL syntax problem
